Participation Guidelines

To maintain a welcoming and secure space for all, I have established participation guidelines to guide each of my events and activities. I value your commitment to upholding these guidelines and appreciate your role in nurturing a supportive and collaborative community.

1. Purpose

This policy ensures that all events hosted by Shared Abundance are safe, inclusive, and foster a welcoming environment for all participants.

2. Code of Conduct

Respect & Inclusion: Treat one another with kindness and respect..
Safe Spaces: Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Violators may be asked to leave.
Participation: Attendees are encouraged to engage, ask questions, and share knowledge, while respecting others’ perspectives and space.

3. Registration & Attendance

Registration: Some events do not require prior registration unless otherwise mentioned. However you can subscribe to the website to stay updated about future events. Attendance to Seed Swaps is always free but registration is required.

4. Photography & Media

Photos/videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.
Social Media: Participants are encouraged to follow me, share their experiences and tag me #sharedabundance

5. Weather & Cancellations

Outdoor Events: In case of severe weather, outdoor events will be cancelled.

6. Feedback & Suggestions
